How to select your tour

Select a region at left to view the tours. After each tour's name is its length and below are the overnight cities. Click on the tour name to view the itinerary, departures, prices, hotels and options for your custom tour. If you know the name of the tour, use the Alphabetic listing to find it quickly. For Turkey, Egypt and the Holy Land, request a Consultation.

Prices

The prices are shown at the top of each tour itinerary: they are per person with a shared room. The first price is for low season, the second is for mid season and the third is for high season. In general, low season includes departures from November through February. Mid season is in March, July and August. High season is in April, May, June, September and October. But Christmas is mid season and, only in Spain, some April departures are "extra" season. Supplements include a plan for specific lunches or dinners (indicated in the itinerary with "A" for lunch or "C" for dinner) at a cost of $US 21 per meal ($US 16 in Spain and Portugal). A single accommodation has an additional cost no greater than $US 31 per night.

What is included?

Prices generally include escorted transfers, hotels, breakfasts, excursions, guides and all transportation, except international air flights, which may be purchased from us separately. However, there are exceptions to what is included. For details, see the section titled "Precios" within each itinerary.

What is not included?

In general, any service which is not specifically included: air flights, airport taxes, visa fees, entry taxes into countries, gratuities, extras in the hotels nor, usually, drinks with meals. Unless otherwise stated in the itinerary; entrance fees to museums, monuments and other points visited are not included. Transfers from and to the airport are only included when these are realized directly at the beginning or end of your tour with us. The right to the transfer will be lost if there exists an intermediate day which does not include our company's services.

Tour operator, guides and transportation

All tour services in Europe are provided by one of the most respected operators, Europamundo Vacaciones, for whom we are exclusive representatives. Our own team of guides are professionals who combine a mastery of languages, culture and human values. They accompany all of our tours in Europe, independently of the number of passengers. Additionally, local guides will acquaint you in greater depth with the culture of the prinicipal cities. Although the guides are multi-lingual, tours usually are conducted in Spanish and a good command of that language is recommended. However; for groups of 15 or more, we can arrange tours in English. Transportation is by panoramic motorcoach and, at times, by boat or train. In exceptional cases, if the group is very small and to maintain guaranteed departures, we use minivans or private cars. Smoking is not permitted within vehicles.

Custom tours

Our extensive collection of tours is well-designed and gives most clients great choices. However, we offer you three ways to customize your itinerary:

Rotating circuits

If the options show "rotativo" you may begin and complete your tour in the city that is most convenient for you on the itinerary. The price is the same.

Stops en route

If the options show "paradas sí", you may "cut" your tour as many times as you wish and continue your tour at a later date of your convenience. However, you have to match the dates of subsequent tours. During many months, our most popular routes ("Paradas 3/4") offer two departures weekly. If you inform us in advance that you wish to stay 3 or 4 days more in some of the cities along your route, you can enjoy a much more relaxed itinerary. Your price will increase $US 50 for each "cut" plus the cost of the additional nights in the hotels. The cost of the "cut" is not charged if in your stop you acquire one of our extensions.

Sectors permitted

If the options show "sector sí", you have the possibility of taking only the section of a tour that you prefer, one that suits your taste or your timing in Europe. You may take a few days on one tour and change to a different one. In this way, you may create your own custom itinerary. The possibilities are almost endless. The price of a tour with sectors is $US 77 per day during low season, $US 82 per day in mid season and $US 86 per day in high season.

Conditions

All tour sales are governed by the provisions of the Conditions, a document that defines the legal rights and responsibilities of the tour participant and the tour operator. Along with the itinerary and price, it will form a part of your tour contract. Please read carefully.

Important: We advise all travelers that they must have their passports, visas and other documents in order, any problems or inconveniences that may ensue from not completing these requirements being their complete responsibility and any interruption in the tour for this reason may not be considered a cancellation due to force majeure. It is also the responsibility of the passenger to securely guard his or her documents and airline tickets during the entire trip (we especially recommend that they not be left in the vehicle during stops). It is highly recommended that you carry, in addition to the originals and in a different place, photocopies of your airline tickets and documents.
